In 2007, Last Exit to Nowhere started producing unique, hand screen printed t-shirts for film fans looking to pay homage to the most memorable places, corporations and characters in cinema history. Word of mouth, not to mention celebrity endorsees, saw the business grow rapidly in just a few years.
One size doesn’t fit all
Last Exit is a company that prides itself on excellent customer service, but with a website that couldn’t handle the increase in traffic, this was being seriously compromised. In addition to this, it was felt that, after several years, their existing website lacked the originality and flair of this rapidly evolving brand and with 30% of web traffic coming via mobile devices, a new site with increased mobile functionality was needed.
Pulling on a new design
We were tasked with creating a new, product focused retail website. Structure and navigation were paramount, as was a design in-keeping with the products it was selling.
We delivered a new, immersive, site; one that not only delivers an atmospheric and cinematic experience – but which also uses intuitive navigation and dynamic social engagement to ensure that products are accessible and easy to review and purchase.
