Senior Artworker/Designer.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer/Artworker to be part of our strategically important in-house client team based in Leicester and Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, while maintaining a creative eye for our design, and the ability to produce consistent communications in-line with brand guidelines. This position will need someone who is great in front of our clients, able to take direction, manage the workload expectations, identify prospective jobs, and work very closely with our Studio Manager. You will be required to deliver an excellent standard of finished artwork – on time, accurately, and on brief. You must be proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud and have advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will have at least 5 years’ agency/in-house experience, with a sound knowledge of both print and digital.

Working predominantly in-house within the client environment on your own or as part of a team, you will be the go-to person for all production requirements. You will be responsible for completing amendments and preparing files to ensure all work is print-ready across multiple sizes and formats as well as maintaining brand assets and aligning your work to brand guidelines. The ability to add some creative prowess to your work when appropriate is desirable but not essential.

Primarily, the ideal candidate will be pro-active in supporting our clients, an accomplished Artworker with impeccable attention to detail and a passion for design. We’re looking for someone who can spot inconsistencies and produce work of a high standard consistently and in-line with established brand guidelines for our corporate clients.

We want to find someone who has the right amount of confidence and assertiveness in front of our clients. Our culture is important to us, and the chemistry of our team is pivotal to our success. You will be the face of Tribe and champion our culture at our off-site facilities. A strong work ethic, good sense of humour and lots of enthusiasm is vital, along with a willingness to come have a drink on a Friday.

Package:

This is a full time position, 5 days a week, 9am-5:30pm. Every now and again we might need you to put in some extra hours to ensure commercial and creative success, and in return we offer as much flexibility as possible within our team. 25 days holiday per year excluding statutory holidays plus an extra few days over Christmas provided we’re on top of everything. Beautiful offices and a great working culture – with plenty of team socials, activity events, BBQs and the odd early Friday finish.

Competitive industry salary (dependant on experience).
