The brief

Develop a Direct Mail campaign to increase brand recognition and enhance customer loyalty.

The execution

Demonstrated that switching to LPG gas was easy to do, greener and cheaper than tradition mains gas. The messaging and style reflected the simplicity of the switching process, so featured clear informative layouts whilst using the Flogas brand colour palette to reinforce their identity.

The results

The campaigns have seen a marked increase in response rate and increased brand awareness within their targeted audience
