Experiential marketing campaign for E.ON field staff

The brief

Create an engaging awareness campaign that educates field based staff on the internal communications channels that are available to them.

The execution

Rather than produce a flyer or leaflet we created the idea of Pick N' Mix bags. The bags were filled with treats and given out by representatives of the internal communications team during monthly team meetings. This sparked conversation about what business communications channels they could Pick N' Mix from.

The results

The campaign helped raise the awareness of the channels that are available to field based staff encouraging them to stay up to date with business news and initiatives.
