After training hard for the Tribe-athlon over the past few months we finally got to do the real thing on Friday.
At 28°C on the day, it wasn’t the perfect weather to be running… or cycling… or doing much other than sunbathing for that matter, but we all turned up in our gear and got to work.
The Tribe-athlon is today, so we thought we’d share Mat’s training regime. It’s a true testament to the commitment we’ve all put into training for this event.

We found this in the studio today – absolutely fantastic! We might be a little late to it (it’s had almost 7.5 million hits already), but I love the way he’s drumming before he’s conscious.

Director Casey Neistat was given $10,000 by Nike to make a movie about what it means to #makeitcount. Instead of making the movie, he spent the entire budget traveling with his friend Max until the budget ran out.

I just found this video, courtesy of a tweet from @philcoffman. Apparently, this ‘AeroPress’ device produces excellent coffee. All I know is I just love the ending to this video (make sure your speakers are on).

To celebrate being chosen to work with Vision Express sunglasses range, we went outside to take a few photos in our own sunglasses (even though it was raining).
